1. Who we are

BOSS Cooperative, LLC ("BOSS", "we") runs this website and provides coaching, memberships, programs, events, trips and residency programs.  Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

2. What we collect

  • Contact details: name, email, phone number, mailing address, and anything you tell us in forms, messages or calls.
  • Purchase details: what you bought and when.  Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

  • To take payments and keep records.
  • To send you emails and texts you have asked for, and service messages about your purchases.
  • To improve the site and our services.
  • To promote BOSS using photos, video and recordings, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.  We share it only with:

  • Service providers who run our systems, such as our payment processor, our customer management and email platform, and our scheduling and video tools;
  • Attorneys, translators and government offices, for residency programs, as needed for your application;
  • Travel and activity suppliers, where needed to make a booking for you;
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Emails and texts

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP.  We will still send messages needed for a purchase you have made.

6. How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet legal and tax requirements.  Residency program documents are stored securely and kept after your application is complete, so we can help if questions arise, when you move to permanent residency, or if your case needs special handling.  You may ask us to delete them at any time, subject to any legal requirement to keep them.

7. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information.  No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You may ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected].  We will respond as the law in your location requires.  Some records must be kept for legal reasons.  Photos and recordings already published are covered by the release in our Terms and Conditions.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States and work with providers and professionals in other countries.  Your information may be processed outside the country where you live.

10. Children

Our services are for adults.  We do not knowingly collect information from children, other than the documents a parent or guardian provides for a minor travelling with them on a residency program.

11. Changes

We may update this policy.  The current version is always on this page with its effective date.
