Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending our live, in-person events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Objective:

Our events aim to provide unconventional learning experiences through seminars, conferences, masterminds, weekend adventure learning, and immersive programs.

Ticket Refund Policy:
We do not provide refunds for event tickets. However, we offer a 50% credit towards future events if a participant is unable to use the ticket they purchased.

Event Guarantee:
We guarantee a transformative and immersive learning experience at our live, in-person events.

Attendee Conduct Terms:
We strive to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees at our live events.

Violation of these conduct guidelines may result in removal from the event premises and potential expulsion from future events.

BOSS Cooperative Guarantee and Terms & Conditions

BOSS Cooperative Guarantee:
We guarantee that our coaches will show up at the appointed time each week as scheduled and provide valuable information and dialogue during our group coaching sessions.

Terms & Conditions:
By participating in the BOSS Cooperative monthly membership group coaching programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Objective:

The monthly membership group coaching programs aim to provide participants with weekly sessions led by expert business coaches and opportunities for growth and learning.

Eligibility:

Membership is open to individuals who agree to the terms and conditions and pay the monthly recurring fee. Members must remain up-to-date with payments to maintain good standing.

Billing Process:

Membership fees are billed automatically on a monthly recurring basis via Stripe, using credit cards, debit cards, or bank accounts.

Member Expectations:

Members are expected to be kind and respectful to coaches and fellow members. Additionally, members must maintain the confidentiality of discussions and materials shared within the program.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute or issue, members are encouraged to address concerns directly with the individual(s) involved. If a resolution cannot be reached independently, members may escalate the matter to BOSS Cooperative's support team for assistance.

Confidentiality:

BOSS Cooperative respects the privacy and confidentiality of member discussions and materials shared within the program. Members agree not to share or distribute recordings or transcripts of group sessions without explicit consent.

Termination of Membership:

Members may terminate their membership at any time by providing written notice to BOSS Cooperative. Upon termination, members will no longer have access to program benefits and resources. Please note that BOSS Cooperative does not provide refunds for unused portions of membership fees.

Termination by BOSS Cooperative:

BOSS Cooperative reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member's participation in the program for any reason, including violation of program policies or misconduct.

Limitation of Liability:

While coaches will provide guidance and support, clients are ultimately responsible for their own decisions and actions. BOSS Cooperative and its coaches are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the coaching sessions.

Intellectual Property Rights:

Any materials or resources provided during the coaching sessions are for the client's personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission from BOSS Cooperative.

By joining the monthly membership group coaching programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions for One-on-One Coaching Sessions


By participating in the BOSS Cooperative one-on-one coaching sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Objective:

The one-on-one coaching sessions aim to help clients solve problems, answer business questions, and provide support in various areas. Clients may choose topics of their interest, and coaches will assist accordingly.

Eligibility:

Anyone can access the one-on-one coaching service by paying in advance.

Billing Process:

Clients can pay online by choosing a single session or a package of sessions and submitting payment for all.

Coach Selection:

Clients can select their preferred coach from a carousel of topics. Coaches will cover the chosen topic, and clients can choose the day and time of their coaching session during the checkout process.

Session Scheduling:

Coaches set their availability, and clients choose the day and time of their coaching session based on the coach's availability.

Confidentiality:

All client information and discussions are kept confidential. BOSS Cooperative does not share any client information with third parties.

Termination of Services:

If only one session was purchased, there is no process for termination, and no refunds are provided. Clients can pause their services for up to 4 weeks, twice per calendar year. Clients can cancel a portion of a package and will receive


Refund Policy:

In the event of a client's death, a refund will be issued. Otherwise, clients can request, in writing, at least 15 days in advance of pausing services, a credit to be used on future events or group coaching programs.

Client Expectations:

Clients are expected to show up on time for their coaching sessions, ensure their microphone is working, and have a stable internet connection.

Limitation of Liability:

While coaches will provide guidance and support, clients are ultimately responsible for their own decisions and actions. BOSS Cooperative and its coaches are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the coaching sessions.

Intellectual Property Rights:

Any materials or resources provided during the coaching sessions are for the client's personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission from BOSS Cooperative.

By participating in our group coaching programs and events, you grant us permission to utilize any photographs or videos taken during these gatherings for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes but is not limited to online platforms, social media channels, print materials, and presentations. We value the community aspect of our events and aim to share the knowledge and enthusiasm experienced by our participants.*

* Private coaching sessions will not be made publicly available, this only applies to group coaching and events.
